Remind me to follow up with someone the next time I go to their city

There's really nothing that will notify the system that you'll be traveling to a specific city that would create a task or initiate a workflow. To do this, it would likely be a manual action.
You may be able to work a clever Zapier or IFTTT recipe to make it happen. It would be very cool, but pretty tricky.
