Record customization cards not showing in left sidebar

SOLVE

Hi guys,

 

Our company has locations across the globe so for each country I have created record customization, with customized company cards for the left column in company records. I have assigned the correct record customization to the correct team but I just went in and it is pulling the default view in instead. 

 

I have confirmed the company record is assigned to the correct country view but it is not showing correctly.

I see you have an Enterprise subscription so would recommend you reach out to HubSpot support.

 

The support team can access your portal which would allow them to assist you a lot quicker than us going back and forth asking for various screenshots to get to the root of the issue.

Hi @jgutfriend 

 

When you say "I just went in" do you mean you logged in as a user of that team or something else?

 

Customised views are based on teams, and work only for the primary team a user is assigned to. So depending which team(s) you have assigned this new view, only users whose primary team is one/any of the assigned will see the customised record cards.

SOLVE

Yes I created a seperate account for myself under one of these team, (its for sales teams) and when I log in with that account the proper view is not showing.
