Receiving notifications when I click on previously sent/received emails

I’m using Mac OSX, Outlook desktop app, GoDaddy/ Outlook365, and HubSpot iPhone app.

I understand my system might be a little funky, it' is what it is. : )

Because I also use GoDaddy, (don’t ask. Both H.S. & G.D admit it’s a glitch) I can’t use the add-in for Outlook, so I send my emails through HubSpot in a browser.

Mainly to track who’s opening them. Then I get a notification on my phone when someone opens it.

Decent system so far but,…

If at any time I switch apps and go over to Outlook desktop, I receive a notification on my phone that the recipient has opened the message. Obviously it’s only me.

I’ve tried to block my IP in the HS settings>Integrations>Email Integrations>HubSpot Extensions>Blocked IP Addresses.

I have a dynamic IP, so it works for a day and then I have to put a new IP in a day later.
