Real Estate CRM: Creating unique address/deal names

Fairly new to hubspot and currently own Sales Enterprise. A problem that were having is ensuring that addresses/deal names are unique. Our idea was using some kind of real estate integration to look up a property (house) and only allowing users to select the results that pop up from the integration. I know that hubspot has an option to create a new property thats required to be unique, but an obvious work around that is adding random characters.

Can anyone help me see my idea through (doesnt have to be thru a crm integration)?

By "users," are you referring to your internal team OR prospects? And what integration is being implemented?

Thank you for responding Abraham. By users, I mean my internal team. I was wondering if anyone knows any type of integration or framework that would help me achieve my goal.

Have you tried using custom objects? 

If I understand your question correctly, using custom objects in HubSpot can help you manage unique properties effectively. You can create a custom object for properties, allowing you to store detailed information and enforce uniqueness on key fields like addresses. When users create deals, they can link them to the relevant property custom object, ensuring that each property is unique.

I having something similiar as of right now, but if a core seat wanted to enter the same address, they can work around it. For example, 123 House St. is the address/deal name; if someone wanted to bypass that, then they could simply create another deal/property (custom object) named 123 House Street.
