Quote Approval Feature

Hi,

 

I am trying to use the quote approval feature mentioned here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/deals/approve-quotes#approve-quotes-sales-hub-enterprise-only-beta. However, I went to settings -> objects - > quotes and the slider to toggle approvals is not on the page.

I also have a client with Sales Hub Enterprise and this option is not available at Settings > Objects > Quotes.

Hi @swolfeva,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

I understand that in the settings of the account, there is no "Require approvals on all quotes" option, is that right?

- Is the feature not displaying at all or is it greyed out?
- Could you please send a screenshot of the page where the option should be present?

The more info, screenshots (without sensitive/confidential information), and details you can provide, the better the Community can assist.

- Can you please try in an incognito window to see if it appears?
- Which user is looking for this option? Is is a Super Admin?
- I know that the feature was in Beta. You might want to check this article to request a Beta access for this? It might be just a case of joining the Beta. I will check internally if the feature is still in Beta.

If you are still running into this issue, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription, and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and further information about this.

This feature requires Sales Hub Enterprise, can you confirm this is the case in your account? 

I cannot reproduce on my end.

 

If you do have Sales Enterprise, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and further information about this.
