Help! I integrated QBO with HubSpot over a week ago, and nothing is syncing. I have a QuickBooks Plus account. I'm trying out the free HS CRM for now. Why is this happening? Who can help me troubleshoot? Lastly, if we get the integration to work correctly, will I be able to see past invoices, customers, history, etc.? I read in the Academy that it will only sync new info.
I'm about to throw my hands up and go back to Method CRM, which was an absolute breeze for integrating. Thank you for the help!
