Question about emails of team

I receive so many internal communication emails of our team,

of couse, those emails not come from customers, it is not necessary to track them in HubSpot CRM, so i need to delete them one by one in HubSpot,

 

how can i filter out those internal emails of our team?

HI Frank.

 

There's an option in settings where you can add people to a 'never log' list.

 

Go to settings (The cog),  then select Sales on the left hand menu,  then Log Emails in CRM and then you'll see the option.

 

You can use a wildcard so *.Domain.com to exclude everyone on that email address
