We have had a niche issue where a bunch of our leads got converted to Contacts accidentally in Salesforce. Unfortunately you can't un-convert these Contacts back to leads and we have to delete them in Salesforce. If I were to delete these in Salesforce, would I have to manually push these from Hubspot back in to Salesforce or as they are already in the Inclusion List on our Hubspot would they automatically just be re-created as Leads?
You would have to manually send them back to Salesforce. Once you delete them they will be marked "Salesforce Deleted" in HubSpot and will not sync back just by being on the inclusion list.
In fact, I would say your safest bet would be to reimport them in Salesforce using the Data Import Wizard, after which they should sync with the existing HubSpot records that have the same email address.

Thanks for this. Just to Confirm we have the mapping where if a contact/lead is deleted in Salesforce delete it in Hubspot. So Shall I delete the leads contacts then restore in Hubspot so they are there and then dataloader back to Salesforce which will then link with the restored contacts in Hubspot?
