It sounds like there may be an issue with the template or settings. Try checking if the Purchase Terms field is still active in the template editor, and ensure the section hasn't been hidden or moved by mistake. Do you have any recent updates to the quote template? That could have affected the layout.
If everything seems fine, and it's still not appearing, let us know and we can continue to investigate,
I am unsure where that section would sit on the template, but these are the only sections on the template that we have hidden:
Re: on the changes, we did several changes to the template because it was work in progress, so until we finalised it we kept editing it. At one point the purchase terms would appear but not that we have finalized it, they don't.

"Looking at the templates, what you'll want to do is add the "Terms" personalization token into the section of the Quote where you'd want them to be shown. Here's a video of me adding the token to the quote template and then typing in my purchasing terms on the quote: Video Link"
