It would be a great thing to increase the productivity of our reps if they were able to pull a report on what were their latest actions on their own deals (say, every Monday) to have a quick view of what are the next steps/where to follow up.
As activity, I mean any notes, logged emails, files that were added, etc.
I initially wanted to use tasks in this case, but they may not always do the trick.
Is there a way to pull such a report from HubSpot?
This is possible with a cross-object report. Navigate to Menu > Reports > Reports > Create custom report > Cross-object > Deals + Activities. These are the report settings that you could use to get started.
