Property For Number of Times Close Date Has Changed - "Push Counter"

SOLVE

Hi there -

Looking for a way to track the number of times a deal Close Date has been changed, or "pushed". Ideally this would be a property that would enable us to identify deals that have consistently been "pushed". Would appreciate any advice on accomplishing / creating this workflow.

Thanks!

If you only need to monitor for Deal Close Date changes DAILY, you may use the HubSpot built-in 'updated in last' trigger. This will allow you to build a workflow that updates a custom count peroperty if a Deal Close Date is 'updated in the last 1 DAYS'.

If you need to monitor for Deal Close Date changes more frequently, you may consider using the 'Deal Property Modified' action in an Automate.io bot. Automate.io will allow you to add a basic counter that listens much more frequently -- i.e., every 5 minutes.

Note:

These solutions solve for ALL Deal Close Date CHANGES -- not just 'pushes'. The difference being that a 'push' is defined as a close date which is always chronologically AFTER the current close date. A fine point worth noting.

Hope that helps.
