I see on your post there is the tag of Free. So I am going to assume that you are using the free version of HubSpot. If you are not please let me know and I can provide other solutions. One kind of "Hacky" way to get this done is to create each product as a company. Put the name of the product as the company name, and then put the address of this company to a location you don't typically serve. Let's use "155 S Seward St, Juneau, AK 99801" as an example (this is the address for city hall in Juno, Alaska). We will get back to why we set this address to Juno, Alaska later.
You have access to the Parent-Child relationship for companies at the free level. You can then attach products to companies via this relationship by going to the product and selecting the company that makes that product as the parent of this company.
Now we come back to the address, when we run searches on companies we can use the Juno address as a filter to effectively black list those companies from our searches and other useful things.
