Problems with assigning contacts.

For a few days, all the users of my account have no longer been able to assign contacts and deals to themselves. As if all of them did not have the permissions to do such operations.
I checked the permissions and there have been no changes since last week, where they still had these permissions.
I created a user from scratch with the same permissions as users who are no longer able to assign contacts to themselves. And I can assign contacts without any problems.
Anyone have any suggestions?
