Email created with typo in email address and added to CRM
Email bounces
Email forwarded with correct email address
Attempted to correct wrong email in contact record, but get error message that email is being used by another user
When I search contacts I find that a second contact was created when I sent the corrected/forwarded email, but I didi not ask to have this added as a new contact. Because there is now a second record with only the email address, I am unable to correct the email address of te original record. I guess I just need to delete the hubspot BCC when the corrected email is sent
