Problem with flow deal

thanks for everyone .

Maybe my mistake is just because I'm new of Hubspost and I use my old habits.So this is the flow:

1. Lead send me a form and write company name
2. New contact is create, but not new company from company name
3. I need to sent a quote, to be fast I clone another one, edit field but still connect to old client...

My request are:

1. How can I create client and company contact from form in automatically?
2. Every time I need first create an offer and after that sent a quote?

Correct, you can't change the associated deal in a cloned quote, this is is expected behavior at the moment.

the problem start when I duplicate I quote, I cant connect to the deal of other client. it's overwrite.

You should be able to create multiple quotes per deal, that should not be an issue?

I spoke with Support and it's a missed features in Hubspot. It's meaning, you can duplicated quote but not connected with the client deal.  Overwrite old deal of another client.

Like the other crm? From name company? I also use the form in hubspot.

I understand and it's unfortunate – but how could HubSpot possibly know which company is associated with a @gmail.com address?

Again, some of what you're trying to achieve can be done with workflows (create an associated company record), but that requires a Professional or Enterprise subscription. It can't be done with a starter license.

this is very bad news..because I develop website and my client haven't business mail!

Hi @caygri,

You can only encourage your website visitors to use your business emails, unfortunately. HubSpot wouldn't know which company is associated with a freemail address. In that case, you need to make the association manually.

I already did it but work only if client write me with a @namecompany.com and my client use always account like gmail.com or yahoo.com is there another option?

When a contact submits a form, you can have HubSpot automatically create and associate a company if it doesn't exist yet: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/automatically-create-and-associate-companies-with-contacts

If you want to send a quote to a contact, then yes, you need to manually create a deal and quote. Part of this can be automated in higher tier subscriptions (Professional and Enterprise) using workflows, but not in Starter, unfortunately.
