Problem in updating leads on CRM

Hi, 

 

I am not able to update the leads on CRM. Once I type email id and name then not able to update anything else.

Do you mind sharing more information in regards to what you are seeing? Does this happen for all contacts? Does the issue persist across multiple browsers and through an incognito window?
