Problem Creating list

I am unable to add options to an active list. my mouse has a circle with a line thourgh it. It won't allow me to enter anything.

Hi, for this option that you select from filter, you need to type something to filter. You can start typing when you select that filter again and select the option.

If you must to get all contacts that have any value to city property, use this condition: "is know".
