Preview newsletters without needing a HubSpot account

SOLVE

Hello,

We use HubSpot to create our journal newsletters and wish to attract more viewers by posting a sample of the newsletter on social media platforms. However, I learned that the corresponding URL could not be viewed without first creating a HubSpot account, a major deterrent to posting.

Would you consider allowing a limited number of "free" page URLs? By drawing more views, it would result in greater exposure of HubSpot to individuals (academic circles) who might not otherwise have heard of this great platform.

Thank you for your consideration.

Kaede

Preview newsletters without needing a HubSpot account

SOLVE

Hi @KatieT,

In HubSpot paid plans (Marketing Hub Starter or higher) there is an option to create a web version of your marketing email, see here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/create-a-web-version-of-your-marketing-email

I'm not aware of any workarounds to have the same functionality in a free portal, upgrading is the only option, I think.

By the way, when you're in the email editor and you click the Actions button on the upper right, select Preview, you should see a Copy shareable link button on the upper right again. This link is accessible without being logged into HubSpot. However, it's a temporary link and not meant to be used in marketing.

Hope this helps!

Was there ever a workaround found for this? Can someone preview an email via a link without needing a HubSpot login?

Preview newsletters without needing a HubSpot account

Thank you, Karsten! I appreciated your taking the time to respond.

Your Preview link suggestion is a good one; however, the resulting link still requires a HubSpot account to view it (at least on my end).

Thanks again,

Kaede
