Preventing Unwanted Contact Merging in HubSpot Ticket Forms

Hey HubSpot Experts,

Why are our HubSpot contacts getting merged when submitting a ticket form? How can we prevent this from happening?

In the Options tab of the form editor, make sure to enable the 'Always create...' toggle:

That will stop contacts from being overwritten / from merging.
