Possible Bug in Lists - "add to static list" unavailable on last tab

If I select all of a page or tab in a list I can use the list menu to "add to static list".

If you do this on the last tab of the list view, then you cannot - the option is greyed out.

This seems inconsistent and, maybe a bug? I hypothesise that it is possibly an unintended consequence of trying to prevent the combination of the "select all on page" checkbox and the "select all contacts in list" options from being used to add all contacts in a list to a static list. (I make an assumption here that greying out the "add to static list" option is the designed behaviour when all the contacts in a list are selected).

I have experienced this before, too. Unfortunately, HubSpot technical support was never able to resolve this.
