Point-in-time snapshot of deal stages

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to capture a point-in-time snapshot of deal stages.  We would like to retroactively look at our deal stages to see how many deals were in a particular stage at a given time.

For example: How many deals were in the 'Contract Sent' or 'Closed Won' stage for the month of December 2022?

I reached out to support, but they were unable to find a way to do this. They suggested a workaround of exporting the deal stage property history to excel and filtering there. Unfortunately, when I exported it, I was only able to filter by when the deal stage changed. Not sure if this gives me the information I am looking for.

Open to suggestions and ideas. Thanks!

There is a report for this under Menu > Reports > Analytics Tools > Sales Analytics > Historical Snapshots 🙂

Hi. Could you specify where to find this report today? I don't think it's available under that name anymore.

Hi, thanks for this info. Is it possible to get the same report but filter it by weighted amount instead?
