Please help us log all incoming email from existing contacts
A note that I understand that not every email from new contacts should get logged, but existing clients i would suggest should always be logged. Our clients will have money invested in our funds and when they write, it is always of importance to everyone in RM team to know and see this. So my request goes to existing contacts and especially hot prospects and existing onboarded clients, not to any spam or new email. I'd rather press an 'unlog' button on those, though, than miss a relevant client email.
Clarifying question for you: Do you have all your logging/tracking settings turned on? And HubSpot only logs your outgoing and replies? But you expect all incoming emails to be logged in the CRM, not just your email service provider? Do I understand that right?
Sorry for the string of questions. I just want to make sure I get it. As I've used HubSpot over the years, I see that to be the case. HubSpot logs emails as you interact with them. Incoming emails aren't logged/tracked until you interact with them.

Thank you, the summary you write is correct. I would like to see for incoming emails from existing clients a log as well. My tracking and logging as well as my teams tracking and logging is on. Existing clients that write us without a chain should also be logged automatically so that everyone in the team can see all existing client emails. What if someone doesn't see an email or does not reply? That is our issue
