Playbooks - Pull in Data to create dynamic conversations
Hi Team,
While I understand that the playbooks are a general way to present questions to sales teams etc, I'd love the ability to personalise the playbooks. When I write our playbooks, I tend to craft them in a way that the salesperson can just naturally read the content, rather than having to read, and then interpret it, then speak it. This is especially useful when you're onboarding new team members, and they're just getting started, and not 1000% familar with the product etc.
for example, the ability to pull properties into the sales playbook would be really handy;
"so [Name], you mentioned earlier you have approximately [XX] number of employees, how many of them do you think maybe directly related to the rollout of [product]"
Does anyone else feel this kind of dynamic content could help craft their playbooks?
