This morning I've been shocked when opening HubSpot: Our Leads Pipeline is not in the menu anymore... According the answers of the AI of HubSpot, it's been a decission of HubSpot itself to make this change with no previous advice to users. So, how could we recover all the information that we've been loading in this Pipeline for weeks...? And more, why have you done it? Could you please give us the chance to keep this menu such as it was? The possibility of create a new Pipeline for LEADS in the Business position is not correct and operational in our procedures. We use to manage LEADS in a different Pipeline and the former menu was much more appropriate.
@DomingoCF have you tried the global search at the top as well, as per my previous reply?
Can you please also try navigating to the contacts index page (Menu → CRM → Contacts), then use the large dropdown in the top left corner to change from contacts to leads?
If none of that is working, it seems you're experiencing a bug. As you can see in my screenshot, the leads index page and lead pipeline is still available and working perfectly.
If you also suspect a bug on your end (and have confirmed that you have the necessary permissions to view leads), please reach out to HubSpot support in-app directly via the question mark icon in the top menu, then via chat or email.

We've finally recovered the option LEADS in the menu, following the instructions of HubSpot Community Mailer, but it's completely true that it had been disabled, with no previous advice, as far as I know. And we dind't do that.
