We sync Pipedrive data to Hubspot and I've noticed a recent change that I can't seem to fix with workflows. Previously we could assign the Pipedrive value "Owner" to a custom field "Sales Owner from Pipedrive," but now Hubspot is limiting that value to "Company Owner."
Our Sales Team are not Hubspot users so that value is not being copied over properly. Any suggestions for how I can get our custom field to properly populate?
I'm guessing this may related to API version changes on either side. We at Outfunnel offer a paid 3rd party data integration tool (that can sync contacts and engagements between Pipedrive and HubSpot, among others) and I know we recently had to update our code relating to syncing "owners" with HubSpot.
Unfortunately, I'm unsure how to resolve this issue with HubSpot Data Sync. You're welcome to check if our HubSpot-Pipedrive integration solves this issue better if getting this to work is critical for you.
