Phone number not imported using Android mobile app

I tried adding contact using Android app via "Import from Contacts".
Phone number not being imported. Only names and email show up.

Thank you for answering. Of course i've tried.. then I actually found a way to temporarily solve it. It consists in setting my contact list's tags (personal, work,  ecc..) to null from google contact app. It still must be fixed, I've tried it several times but I'm not sure if it works for any contact.. not mentioning I've to go through my whole contact list!! 

Also my activities do not sync with my google calendar. Another thread? Can you help me?
