Permission for 'Create Ticket' form?

SOLVE

Hi everyone, posting because I couldn't find an answer to this online or in the forums. I looked through all the permissions as well, and I couldn't discern any one that's specific to this feature.

What is the permission for editing the 'Create Ticket' form? I have all CRUD permissions for Ticket objects, but it looks like I can no longer access this for some reason due to a change to my permissions.
I don't know what that change was unfortunately; what permission allowance do I need to request from my admin in order to regain access to edit the 'Create Ticket' form?

Hi @AlexMvvd,

Adjusting the form requires 'Account' permissions, see here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/set-up-fields-seen-when-manually-creating-records

That should do it.

Permission for 'Create Ticket' form?

SOLVE

Hi Karsten,

Thanks for your reply! The screenshot you attached is what I was looking for; the reference to 'Account' permissions in that article is a bit confusing because 'Account' is split into two sections in the permissions menu: 'Settings access' (with many different permissions) and 'User & account access'.

Thanks again!

Alex
