Periodically create task for contacts with no activity

Hey Guys,

I want to create a workflow, that nudges sales people, if there is no activity for a contact.

What I did is → contact enrollment trigger → Last activity date is 30 days ago"  and then create a task.

This works well, but I've noticed that contact do not re-enroll in the workflow - they only get one task (and never a reminder or second one) even though re-enrollment is on.

What I want now, is that this workflow checks periodically (f.e. every 3 months) if this filter is met, and then creates another task.

Do you have an ideal how to do that? (And i do not have the option do use a trigger "based on a schedule" - only the filter and event.

Hi @RPG,

Add a "AND Last activity date is known" and enable reenrollment (check the box) for that trigger. That should do the trick 🙂
