I am creating email content outside of hubspot and want to send it to the contact using hubspots email tracked send.
Unfortunately, hubspot keeps on changing the formatting when I paste, adding extra line breaks, reducing font size etc.
In addition, if I then want to amend the mail in hubspot, what I type is in a different font so that it looks very odd to the receipient.
Is there a workaround for this - or should I simply use a different tool than hubspot to send emails, and if so, how can I keep them in hubspot contact history - which is the main reason for using hubspot in the first place.
