Hi there!
Im a sales manager in an Startup.
My team tends to forget sometimes to fill my CRM. Because of my business as usual, i usually don't have time to check. Nevertheless, i would like to know what fills are a must that have to be updated always to see results.

There are options to make fields required: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/set-up-fields-seen-when-manually-creating-records
(This is a paid feature, not available in the free CRM.)
If that's not what you're referring to, could you share more context?

Could you please provide a bit more context, what are you trying to accomplish?
Are you looking for an opinion on which CRM fields should be filled on a contact, company, or deal record?
Are you seeing this issue the moment a record is created or during the nurturing process?
