PLEASE reactivate my Free CRM

I want access to my hubspot free crm. I was kicked out and NO one will help me get access.
 
Jen G was unhelpful and just told me to reach out to technical support when she knew that I couldn't get through the phone line because I'm a "free user". She then never responded ot my emails.
