Hi community I have another question. In our account we have 3 sales managers who send emails to customers and receive responses. Where can we see the overall statistics of how many responses we received, how many responses were positive and how many negative. Not for each sales manager but for all three. Is this possible?

In the report library, you will find many reports on email conversations by rep:
For negative and positive responses, you can not create a report as such because there isn't any property in HubSpot to bifurcate data based upon responses. If you want to create such a report, you have to create a Contact property like Email Response: Positive (Option 1) and Negative (Option 2) and update them manually. Then you can use this property in your report.
