Org Chart

Hello,

I was wondering if this is possible, I would like to create an org chart of sorts that will live on the contact record. In my mind, I would like to have a custom object titled org chart that will live on a contacts record that will show their role, a list of direct reports under that person, and who that person reports to. I would like for this to be able to have a lookup filter to search for other hubspot users. Is this possible in HubSpot I'm trying to get this added in sandbox but I'm not having any luck. Thank you

There's a great third party app for that which integrates with HubSpot and which I highly recommend you check out: https://orgcharthub.com/

If you are still looking for a solution to this, you might want to check out https://www.vizrm.com/  - it allows you to open an org-chart directly from the HubSpot company and contact record, and quickly map out the structure with simple drag & drop and other advanced modelling capabilities like related company records, groups etc.

We released a Public BETA for the new fully native version of OrgChartHub last month, it is called Buying Groups. There is a community post here with all the details including loom videos. It's available to all Sales Hub Enterprise customers at the moment. I will make sure to continue to update this thread with any new details. Thanks for keeping this thread alive — it’s clear there’s been some confusion over time around org chart functionality in HubSpot, especially with third-party tools changing or no longer working as expected.

I’d like to invite a few Community members who are subject matter experts in data modeling, custom objects, and account mapping to help clarify the current state and best options today.
@karstenkoehler @DilshadShaikh @Mike_Eastwood — hope you’re all doing well! Given the changes mentioned here (acquisitions, apps no longer working, Enterprise requirements), what’s the current, product-accurate way to represent org charts or reporting structures in HubSpot? Is this still only feasible via third-party tools, or are there supported native/custom-object patterns teams are using now?

Any up-to-date guidance would be hugely appreciated by everyone following this.
