Orders revenue added to contact and company total revenue
Currently the total revenue field on contacts and company is calculated by closed deals only- leaving revenue associated orphaned and not captured under that calculated field. All revenue inside of orders and deals that are closed should be included in that HubSpot calculated field.

From what I understand, you would like the total revenue fields on the contact and company objects to include the potential revenue of open deals. This would be a good opportunity to use a custom rollup property to find the sum of all associated deal amounts.
Perhaps some of our fellow community members have a workaround or tips on better tracking these total values. Hey @Alex_Elborn, @Shadab_Khan, @Ian_Matt, do y'all have any other tips or tricks to capture revenue of open deals in a custom property?

Hi Kennedy- actually it's closed orders- not potential. I should have been more clear.
Closed orders should count the same as closed deals towards a contact or companies total revenue. They should not be two separate fields or calculations since the field is called "Total Revenue" it should actually be the total of all revenue associated with the contact/company.

Hi @KennyG -- thank you for the clarification and feedback. In this case, if your goal is to have a field that behaves that way, you may need to create a custom field. At this time, Total revenue will only include the total value of deals closed with the company or organization. This is set automatically by HubSpot and cannot be changed.
