I sent some emails up through my crm with people I've had previous conversations with. I'm seeing at Open:0. How do I know if the email was acutally delivered and not caught in spam or black listed? I went over to my email marketing (mailchimp) and emails were recently opened with same email address.

Hi @Exalt 

 

Unfortunately not all email programs are created equally. And, someone may have their privacy settings, or images settings, set so you won't know if the email has been opened.

 

Similarly some email programs may show false positives (when they image is downloaded without the person opening the email).

 

So, the only way to be 100% certain is when they click a link. 

 

Mailchimp (and any system) has the same issue.
