One website, 2 Hubspot accounts

SOLVE

Hi!

One of our clients have 2 Hubspot accounts for the different "branches" in their business. Their website leads also need to go into Hubspot, but it's all once website.

Can we install the 2 codes on the site and select which forms to include or is there another way to do this?

Thanks,

Hi @KStrydom,

It's not recommended to add 2 HubSpot tracking codes to one website/website page. In most cases when our clients have different divisions we still use one HubSpot Portal, but assign permissions and partition assets accordingly. Here is an article on permissionsHere is an article on asset partitioning. If you are on free or starter, you will be more limited than Pro and Enterprise.

If there is no concern with visibility into the different division's contacts/companies/deals you can use custom properties to categorize and segment accordingly. This way the folks in each division can see the information most relevant to them.

Hi @KStrydom ,

If we install two tracking codes on one website, I didn't see any way to select which forms to include.

Hope this helps!
