One User can only see their deals and not all deals.

I have added a new user to my team. When she goes to deals she can only see here deals, whereas the rest of the team can see all deals.

I have tried all kinds of filters in an effort to troubleshoot the issue, but have had no success. Does anyone know how or why this could happen?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @CRjonny

My immeadiate, but perhaps wrong, thought is that her user permissions on deals is set to 'owned only' - have you check that?
