Object access in Sandbox account

Hi, 

Want to test different permission sets for teams and users to create a customize presets for each team and group of users.

Prior to that, want to test it within the Sandbox, but it seems, Sandbox doesn´t follow the same rules as the production environment does.

1. In essence, when I want to assign the View access to Owned only, the Edit access assigns automatically.

2. The same goes for the Team only access permision - when I choose Team only for the View access, Edit access assigns automatically to Team only.

As it seems I haven´t tested enough. This functionality comes by default, so there´s no issue at all.
