OPEN Tracking Pixel NOT Working

Hi there!


I sent a test to my wife who is sitting right next to me. Hubspot is saying that she opened the email when she did NOT open the email in her personal Gmail Account. I was sitting right next to her so I can confirm that's true.


So, I sent a different test to another Gmail Account my wife owns. It still says that she opened the email when she did not. 


Please let me know if something I did is wrong... or if this is a bug that needs to be worked on. It appears the tracking pixel for OPEN is not working.
