How can I get a report to show how many UNIQUE companies I have emailed in the last week/month?
So far whenever I make a report, it double counts companies for each email sent so the number is not accurate. Despite using "Distinct count" of record ID or company name.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Hi @PincoPalino,
It sounds like you may have created a contact-based report, not a company-based report?
If you create a company-based report, you can visualize the Count of companies by Last contacted (the timestamp from the most recent chat conversation, call, email, or meeting logged for this company).
(Menu > Reports > Reports > Create custom report > Single object > Companies)
Let me know if you need further guidance on creating this report, happy to elaborate.
If you just want to see the companies, you can also just filter under Menu > Contacts > Companies by Last contacted.
Best regards!

Thank you Karsten!
I am one person on a big team - is there any way to see the above but the activity be assigned to only me?

Hi @PincoPalino,
Are these companies assigned to you? If so, filtering for Company owner would be the easiest option.
Best regards!

Hi @karstenkoehler
No 😞 Sadly they are not

Hi @PincoPalino,
In that case, a classic list would be the only remaining option: Menu > Contacts > Lists > Create list > Company-based
(Other versions of reports do not automatically deduplicate companies.)
Best regards!
