Q: Is there a way for me to notify my whole team when any deal gets updated?
Short A: You can use filters to notify your team.
Longer A:
We like to use the 'Last Activity Date' on the Deals view screen to filter deals that've been updated recently.

If you save, share (and regularly update) this view your team will have a quick-view to Deals with recent activity.

Not automated or fool-proof. But does get the job done.
There are other, non-HubSpot ways to can trigger auto-reminders, but that's much more involved.
