Notifications no longer being received

Hi there,

 

My notifications are nol onger appearing. I have gone through my list checking customers and I have set a folllow up date which has then not prompted me in the notification area.

 

Are you able to tell me why this has stgopped working?

Hi @RDuffy,

 

This might simply be a bug then. Are you on paid subscription? In that case, I'd try to investigate further with HubSpot technical support.

Notifications no longer being received

Hi Karsten,

 

Thanks for your advice. I'm still struggling to get my bell notifications showing up. I have been into notifications and turned it off and on. I was receieving notifications up until about 1 month ago, scine then any new notification has not shown up in Hubspot.

 

I have been on the phone with hubspot support who sent me some steps to follow but they didn't work. Has anything changed in the last month that could be affectring my notifications? Any help would be great, i really wnat to get this fixed..

You can see your support options here: https://help.hubspot.com/

 

Using the free CRM (without paid subscription), there isn't any access to HubSpot technical support however.

Hey @RDuffy,

 

Could you go through the steps outlined in this troubleshooting article on notifications?

 

If these don't work, sometimes just disabling and then re-enabling notifications works for some users. (Along the lines of "Have you tried turning it off and on again?")

Notifications no longer being received

Hey,

I have tried turning off my notifications and back on and it is still not
working.

Is there a customer service UK phone number, I can give you a call and chat
through solutions?
