Notification - receiving an email reply

SOLVE
We sent an email via a deal (to the contact added to the deal), and when we were replied we didn't get any notification, even after we tried to switched on every notification possible.

Any advice on how can we fix it?

Hi @oresnekov,

 

Was there a deal owner assigned to this deal / a user following this record? That would be required for a notification to be sent, otherwise there wouldn't be anyone to notify.

 

If that's not it, I'd recommend switching all notifications off and on again. Unintuitively, that sometimes does the trick:

Are you receiving other system notifications? If not, I'd recommend checking this troubleshooting article: Not receiving HubSpot system or notification emails

Hi @oresnekov ,

You can set up email/desktop/mobile/app notifications from the settings.
