When a contact moves from one company to another, they will in almost all cases get a new email address – meaning that it would be a separate contact record in HubSpot (that does not yet exist).
In other words, HubSpot doesn't monitor changes of a contact moving from one company to another. Because of that, you can't trigger any information either.
You would have to leverage third-party lead intelligence tools for this kind of information.
Typically, however, when contacts leave a company, their old email address will bounce. Keep an eye on "Email hard bounce reason" and send notifications (or monitor) contacts who have a value "Unknown user" in there.
Best regards
