Hello, we want to create a banner which is Amber or Red which you can add to a company / contact if they are an unhappy customer or someone that does not want to be contacted so we do not accidently call them and it is obvious to the sales team. Is this possible? We have operations professional and Sales Enterprice?

You could for example use the alert component: https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/platform/ui-components/alert

This is included in Sales Hub Enterprise, yes.
