is there a way to get notes that I've added to a contacts profile to show in the contact history in the HubSpot Sales addin on Outlook, especially ones I have pinned.

Hey @Lmoir this isn't currently possible. I"d reccommend post this as a feature request, so that others can vote for the idea here.
