Not showing "Folders" anymore in the new HubSpot version when you are in the Marketing Emails area

I'm not seeing folders as a display option in the Landing Pages section. We get this error trying to access our landing pages folders -

or clicking this in the drop down produces the same error

Hi @MHoekzema! Since this original thread was referring to Marketing emails, I recommend a new thread to get help from active community members. Before posting, you can try clearing your browser cache or opening this page in an incognito window to see if that resolves the error!

What would you suggest for the section? None of the section seem to apply. Should I submit a help ticket or something?

Sure! I recommend creating a new community post or opening a ticket for a more thorough investigation. The Support team can access your account from the backend to get a quicker resolution.

Hello,
I had the same problem as you. I then wrote to the support team. They told me that the Tab folder will no longer exist in the future and will therefore no longer be available for your hubs. They recommend working with views.

What do you mean by "new HubSpot version", the new navigation?

Folders are still showing for me, see screenshot. Can you maybe share a screenshot too of what you are looking at?

Yes, that is what I am referring to. However, I can't see it on my end, this account is not on an enterprise plan do the folders only show up on an enterprise plan? I am asking this because my other HS Accounts on Enterprise can see that folder.

I can see email folders on Starter, Pro and Ent tier accounts, have you checked with support? What subscription tier do you have? Maybe this is not available with a free subscription?

I am currently using Marketing Hub Starter and Sales Hub Pro. I've already inquired about this with support, and they directed me to submit the idea here. Perhaps I'll just wait until the full beta is over, or maybe it will become visible when the new version is finally launched.

Hmm, but this is HS Support making it someone else's problem.

They should know if and for which subscription tiers this is available, there seem to a be lot of cases where things get passed to the HS Community - getting the impression even HubSpot SUpport can't keep up with the pace of changes currently happening...
