Not receiving email from a contact

Hello Community!

 

Have a question. I added contact, send him an email. Contact made reply. Can I view this reply in CRM?

not using gmail or outlook integration.

Hey Aleks, 

 

Currently a Gsuite or Outlook 365 integration would be required for the replies to get auto recorded through the CRM. However, you can record these within the CRM without these using your forwarding address. Our knowledgebase has a great article on this:
