Not getting task reminders in my inbox

解決

For some reason, I no longer get reminders in my inbox when a task is due even though I have specified to recieve them and I used to get them but now it suddenly stopped working. My email account is connected to HubSpot as well, nothing has changed. 

Anyone had this issue before? Know how to fix it? 

It's incredibly frustrating as I end up missing my tasks when they're due.

Hi @LHankin2,

 

Have you double checked your user notification settings, are task notifications still enabled? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/user-management/how-to-set-up-user-notifications-in-hubspot

 

Sometimes simply disabling and re-enabling all notifications helps (via the main toggle at the beginning at the settings page).
