Not able to see associated companies in the tasks section and Last Activity

Hello Community members,
I have a question regarding the associated companies when I go to the CRM > Taks in the tasks I am not able to see a few of the contacts associated with companies kindly refer to the screenshot below:
But when open the individual contact I am able to see the associated company of the contact
Also few of the contacts last activity is not showing why :
If I see this contact open it and go to the activities he has filled the form recently

Just because a contact is associated with a company does not mean that a task associated with a contact is also automatically associated with the company that's associated to the contact.
When you create a task, you need to make sure that it's associated to both contact and company, if that's what you want. HubSpot does not automatically carry over the contact-company association.
The last activity is defined as follows:
Last activity date: the last date and time a note, call, tracked and logged sales email, meeting, LinkedIn/SMS/WhatsApp message, task, or chat was logged on the contact record. This is set automatically by HubSpot based on the most recent date/time set for an activity. For example, if a user logs a call and indicates that it occurred the day before, the Last activity date property will show yesterday's date.
This does not include form submissions, hence a submission does not update the date.

That's not in conflict with what I wrote. For one, not all of your tasks must have originated on the contact record. Also, if the company association doesn't exist at the time of task creation, HubSpot cannot establish that association.

The automatic association is enabled for contacts and companies and the contact is also created with the company domain name so I think the company is also automatically created before creating a task

This is what happened when I created a task for a contact it is not automatically logged on its associated company but for some companies, its automatically not logged why?

@Saassolution this depends on how exactly you created the task (please recap the steps and I can elaborate). It might also be due to the company record only being created later.

Hi Karsten - I'm having a similar issue here! We have tasks created from an automatic sequence. For example, we have one for new contacts to be enrolled in regardless of whether they have a company record associated yet (create new contact > enroll in new lead sequence > automatic email > task set to follow up in 2 days, etc.)
Are you saying that since the new contact may not have a company record when the original task is assigned, they won't have an associated company on the task list thereafter?
Is the main goal to create a contact AND company record at the same time before enrolling in a sequence and task creation?
